How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up and select the Growth plan, you automatically get a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll have full access to all Growth features including AI Insights, Ask AI, Repo Memory, and the full MCP memory server for Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and Codex across Playwright, Appium, and Maestro.
Which plan do I need for AI features?
Every AI feature — AI Insights, Ask AI, the MCP memory server for Cursor/Claude Code/Copilot/Codex, and Repo Memory — is available on the Growth plan and on Enterprise. The Free SDK and the Starter plan do not include any AI features; Starter is the right fit if you only need the shared dashboards and core test observability through the web UI.
Are all frameworks included in every tier?
Yes. The Free SDK and both cloud plans support Playwright, Appium (Beta), and Maestro (Beta). Cloud upload, the unified dashboard, session views, test navigation insights, and GitHub Actions / Jira / Amplitude integrations are included with Starter and Growth, not with the local-only Free SDK. AI features (including the MCP memory server) are Growth and Enterprise only.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Growth unlocks all of TestRelic's AI features (AI Insights, Ask AI with 1,000,000 tokens/month, the full MCP memory server for AI coding agents, and Repo Memory), doubles your storage to 1 GB, and extends data retention to 30 days. Starter includes the shared dashboards and core test observability but no AI features. Both cloud plans include all frameworks and integrations. The Free SDK tier is local-only.
Is the memory layer shared across my whole team?
Yes — on Growth and Enterprise, where the AI memory features live. TestRelic's memory is scoped at the organization level, not per-IDE or per-engineer. Every teammate's AI agent reads from the same context. All plans include unlimited users so this isn't gated behind seat counts.
Which integrations are included?
Starter and Growth include GitHub Actions for CI build timelines, Jira for auto-creating tickets from failures, Amplitude for correlating tests with user analytics, and a native Slack App for /testrelic queries. The MCP server for AI coding agents is a Growth and Enterprise feature. The Free SDK does not include these cloud integrations.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Growth at any time. Contact our sales team at sales@testrelic.ai and changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
What counts toward storage?
Storage is measured by the total size of test logs, traces, screenshots, device logs, session videos, and metadata you upload to TestRelic across all frameworks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Billing is managed by our sales team — reach out to sales@testrelic.ai to set up payment.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No, all plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time by contacting our sales team.
